Rules for submitting

The publisher of the Journal of Research and Practice »Journal of Pharmaceuticals Quality Assurance Issues» charges authors a fee for the review procedure of each incoming manuscript to compensate for the costs of organizing the article review process.

The article review procedure includes:

• Initial check of the article for compliance with editorial requirements
• Checking the material using the «Antiplagiat» system
• Organization of the review process, including providing recommendations for manuscript revision and re-review
• Presentation of the article to the editorial board
• Notification of the decision of the Editorial Board of the journal to the author
• Payment for the review procedure is a mandatory payment and can be made during or after sending the manuscript to the editors. Until payment is made, the manuscript is not reviewed by editors and reviewers.

Payment for the manuscript review procedure does not guarantee publication of the article in the Journal of Research and Practice »Journal of Pharmaceuticals Quality Assurance Issues». The final decision on publication of the manuscript is made by the Editorial Board.

In case the manuscript is not accepted for publication for reasons such as authors’ failure to comply with the terms of the author’s agreement, receiving negative reviews, authors exceeding the deadline for revising the manuscript, refusal to revise the manuscript in accordance with the editorial requirements, violation of the principles of publication ethics and refusal by decision of the editorial board, the fee for reviewing the manuscript is not refunded.

Article review

Cost: 8000.00 (RUB) — MANDATORY PAYMENT

The time frame for reviewing manuscripts according to the standard procedure from the moment of acceptance for review until receiving the Editorial Board’s decision on acceptance for publication or refusal is from 45 to 120 days. The review procedure is fully compliant with the journal rules (more details here). If a positive decision is made, the article is published in the corresponding issue of the journal.
